one of the greatest years of my life!

here are some highlights in no particular order:

became part of the GTKC design team!

aspen born! {i can't turn this pic for the life of me sorry}

bailey was born!

saw Zac Brown Band...again!

spent our wedding weekend with the greatest people alive.

married my best friend.

have the greatest women in my life...i love them so.

spent a week in St. Lucia as husband and wife!

z + b's first trip to the Rubicon.

julien came home!!!!

spent a weekend with the whole family at our Aptos beach house.

float down the CO. river with great friends.

hiked up to Hanging Lake in CO.

spent a weekend on a house boat on Lake Shasta. 

took the dogs and camper to the coast for the first time

ate a.lot of sushi...{so much so they even gave us a Christmas gift at the end of the year}

jeighton turned one!

 jas & jon's big day.

another great year at country in the park.

completed a 15 mile course with amazing friends.

finally saw one of my favorite bands...Incubus!

wine tasting for cassi's bach. party!

shawna & young open their own cigar shop in New Port Beach!

aspen is going to be a big sister...to a baby brother.

mom turned the big 5.0.

celebrated mom's b.day with a hot air balloon ride in sunny so. cal.

have the greatest room mate in the world...that is why she is "supermate"

i hope you all had a wonderful and merry christmas...we did, our home was full of all of our family and people we love, as well as plenty of amazing food and yes sugar cookies.  a sugar cookie bake is something that takes place every year with my family and this year is no exception...although this DPLO the photos were from 2008s cookie bake using 2011 Dec. GTKC!

Sneak Peek time again...over at the GTKC blog.  today was my lucky day to share the DPLO i created with the January 2012 kit...it is soooooo pretty.  this layout was from just this last may, we got to see my favorite Zac Brown Band again...this time under the stars at raley field...and with great friends.

happy 4 more days till Christmas!!! i hope you are ready...i finally am. i thought i would share this DPLO i created with Green Tangerines December Kit Club, being that i just shared this years Christmas tree theme.  we bought our home over 3 years ago and the first Christmas we celebrated was themed around our PIRATE tree...one of my favorites.  my aunt even found us a pirate nutcracker!

i am a really big fan of snail mail, therefore Christmas cards are one of my favorite parts of the holiday season! i love sending them and receiving them...i am also a big fan of the hand made, therefore my christmas cards are of that nature and i do my best to match the theme of my tree. so here is the 2011 Williams Christmas card...

as you may know, every year for christmas we theme our tree:

2008~pirate tree

2009~flamingo tree

2010~rainbow tree 

and 2011~ my beloved MUSTACHE tree!!!!!!

there are mustaches on almost all the ornaments

amanda's mom even made us and ornament

and our tree topper is a giant 'stache with mustaches all over!

so the theme for this years holiday party goes without saying...

we had such a great time...thank you everyone for joining us and being great sports!

P.S. did you notice the super cute mustache tiara my bff coreena made for me, making me the queen of mustaches all night...thanks my friend it was the greatest detail...and speaking of details here are a few form the party!

and the winning "stache" goes to Garrett...

i had so much fun with Green Tangerines newest Kit Club!!! so much so that i created 5 DPLOs with all of the goodies.  here is the first one i will share with you...the first christmas held at our new home with all of my side of the family, which is now our new tradition!

this time last year...graduation!!

this time last year i was taking my very last final!!!!! and graduating with my BA from CSUS. my adorable mom threw a surprise party for me at my favorite...Chevy's, and because my mom is the coolest and knows me so well, she gave the party a theme {how all parties should be...themed} the them was very appropriate might i add..."wear your smart glasses" this DPLO i did for GTKC using the Jan Kit!!
