look whooo turned one! our sweet little niece aspen hazel...just five days after her baby brother was born.  we celebrated last saturday with a ton of friends and family! it was such a warm, wonderful day...here are a "few" photos...

slumber party

slumber parties are so fun with 9 month-ers...they play, love you, laugh at you and with you, eat everything you put in front of them {even your camera lens} show off all of their cool tricks and are in bed by 9pm so you can blog about it...

i love you miss aspen! sleep tight, see you soon...and i can't wait!

 

Aspen has some big news!

She is going to be a big sister!!!! To a little brother....she is so happy! And I will have a nephew!!!

yep mr.z has been mine all mine for 5 years now, we went on our first date to the drive-ins on this day 5 years ago...wow...3.5 months of that he has been my husband, 3.5 years of that we have owned our home, 4.7years of that i have loved him like no other, 4.8 years of that we have loved our brown dogs like our babies, 4.9 years of that he has been a great friend {now my best} and every part of the past 5 years he has loved me and made me so happy...i love love love you mr.z!

my little girl is growing up so fast ;) she is three today!!!

happy birthday lillie may...i hope you get to chase the ball and bugs all day today...and while i am at it, i would like to wish a happy birthday to trigger {the brown one}, marlin, stella, warden, molly, misty, trigger {the black one}, lucy and perdy!!

brother bear's birthday

i wanted to wish my little brother a very happy birthday...this guy is one amazing man.  he has made me so very proud of him over the past few years and i am so proud of who he is today words can't even express it!  he is the best brother, a hard worker, a funny kid, a huge asset to a family {so glad it is ours} and now an amazing father...i love how much he loves his little girl {all of us girls for that matter}...l love you so much brother bear! happy birthday!
