So often we find ourselves getting out our lists of what we want to accomplish, experience and explore in the year ahead of us, on the first of the new year or on our birthday. Whether it's written or mental we usually have some ideas of what we would like to do and what new things we would like to try. It's always fun to begin again on these milestones but what day is better to start over than today? To plan a little, and to practice a lot. To prepare some and to enjoy much. Whether you want to go skydiving, paddle boat across a lake, paint on canvas board, organize your i-tunes library, read a classic book, eat at an extravagant restaurant or just at an exquisite take-out place, visit a foreign place or sit in a drive-in movie theatre, learn how to bake a special treat or cook a certain meal, or simply just to do something daring and adventurous, today is the day to set your mind to do it. Don't be afraid to put a deadline on it, in fact give yourself a date to complete it by so that you don't let each year go by without having experienced whatever it is you've been wanting to. Cease the day and enjoy it.
